Assembly was surprisingly easy (with a little help from my son), and the display is simple enough for someone like me who isn’t overly techy. I mainly use the manual program, but I like knowing there are options if I want to mix things up.

The treadmill is very simple but good quality - great for walking while at home. Does not go very fast but I guess its designed for walking not running
