These judo mats are specifically designed for martial arts that involve groundwork, grappling, and throwing. With a Shore A density rating of 35-40, the EVA foam used in these 4cm tiles offers ideal firmness for athletes to push off from, providing exceptional fall protection and reducing the risk of rolled ankles.

Furthermore, these mats have been tested for fall-height up to 1.7m, demonstrating their durability. They are perfectly suited for disciplines such as Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.
