Multi Functional Chest Press Smith Machine

This commercial grade chest press machine is ideal for targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps during strength training. It can be used on a chest press machine or while seated on a bench with dumbbells. The Ex Demo Model is in like-new condition.

To perform the seated chest press:

  1. Adjust the seat height and position on the machine so that the handles are aligned with your chest.

  2. Sit down on the bench and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.

  3. Press the handles forward until your arms are fully extended, without locking your elbows.

  4. Slowly lower the handles back down to chest level, keeping your elbows at a 90-degree angle.

  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips for performing the seated chest press:

  • Keep your back flat against the bench and your feet firmly planted on the floor for stability.
  • Engage your core muscles to support your lower back and maintain proper form.
  • Exhale as you press the handles forward and inhale as you lower them back down.
  • Use a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the exercise.
