The Fitness Hero Fractional weight plates are essential for anyone training with Olympic weightlifting equipment (bars,  bumper plates,  etc.).  Our fractional plates allow you to can make smaller jumps in progression,  across a broad variety of exercises using Olympic weight equipment. 

These powder coated plates are made from a quality,  long lasting solid steel,  and are both colour coded and marked with their weight to allow for easy identification.  They also feature a snug Olympic bar diameter,  so they fit perfectly on Olympic bars.
