This versatile sled combines the functions of a dog sled for pulling, and a prowler sled for pushing. Removable driving rods and a T-bar designed to match the natural wrist profile allow for customisable training.

It also includes interchangeable heavy-duty nylon feet and a robust construction built to withstand daily use.

It is a great piece of equipment for an alternative cardio workout. This sled comes with an H-shaped shoulder harness (also known as H-Harness).
